What we do with your details

When you send us a form

Our estimate forms ask for your name, a phone number, and an address or ZIP code. Some also ask for an email address, the service you are interested in, and a message. The form also tells us which page you sent it from.

We use these details to contact you about your request. Here is where they go:

• An email to our team. Your request is emailed to Tucci Roofing's own inbox through Resend, an email delivery service.
• A private copy. A copy is kept in a private store in the Cloudflare account that runs this website, so a request is not lost if an email goes missing. It is not public. The company that runs the website for us can read it.

The website never deletes a request on its own. The stored copy stays until someone deletes it; the end of this page says how to ask.

To stop spam, the website keeps a note of how many forms were sent from the same internet address in the last ten minutes, then deletes it.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages help them. It records the pages you view and taps on our call, email, estimate and financing buttons. It uses cookies. Google's own policy explains how it handles this information.

Google Analytics does not receive what you type into our forms.

So that a request is counted once, your browser keeps a short note of which form you sent. It is deleted when the thank-you page opens, or when you close the tab.

Financing

Our financing page links to Hearth, a separate company. If you apply for financing there, Hearth's own privacy policy applies to what you give them.
